This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the wasweshoz1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the wasweshoz1 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and wasweshoz1 as the platform provider. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using all services offered, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and Sports Betting.
The wasweshoz1 platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in your location.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on wasweshoz1. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. wasweshoz1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. wasweshoz1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our customer support immediately.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content through the platform.
- Do not falsify your identity or impersonate any other individual or entity.
- Do not use technical means to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the wasweshoz1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply to deposits or withdrawals made by users in Malaysia using supported local payment methods.
Deposits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set for each payment method and may change from time to time. Once a deposit has been successfully credited to your account, it is final and cannot be reversed after being used for gaming or betting purposes. wasweshoz1 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for your chosen method. wasweshoz1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the account holder — payments to third parties are not permitted.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Any bonuses or promotions received by users are subject to the wagering requirements stated alongside the relevant offer. Withdrawing bonus funds before the wagering requirements are met is not permitted. wasweshoz1 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional system abuse.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
Wasweshoz1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact wasweshoz1 customer support. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no active restrictions on the account.
Platform Liability Limits
Wasweshoz1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform — including anticipated winnings, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or disputed game outcomes after a final result has been issued. In no event will wasweshoz1's maximum liability exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the thirty days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the wasweshoz1 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, game software, and user interfaces — is the property of wasweshoz1 or its respective licensors and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The wasweshoz1 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. wasweshoz1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Wasweshoz1 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the relevant courts in Malaysia.
